Nietzsche’s “Become who you are”

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I used to read this as a call to uncover something hidden—to dig deep and finally “find” myself. But lately, it feels more like a challenge:
To shape myself. To earn who I become.

Not through a single moment of clarity, but through the accumulation of choices—what I say yes to, what I walk away from, how I spend a quiet Sunday.
Identity isn’t something you extract. It’s something you construct.

There’s no fixed version of me waiting to be unlocked.
There’s just the slow act of becoming—through tension, rest, reflection, and practice.

It’s not about being consistent.
It’s about being intentional.
