Be the one who prioritizes the user

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are entering a time where roles are slowly disappearing.

Designers are coding.
PMs are prototyping.
Engineers are designing.

The distance between idea and execution is getting smaller every year. One person can now design, build, and launch something alone. The bottleneck is no longer building. The bottleneck is deciding what is worth building.

And that has always been a human problem, not a technical one.

When everyone focuses on tools, speed, AI, and shipping, the real risk is that the user slowly disappears from the conversation. We start optimizing for output instead of usefulness, for features instead of clarity, for speed instead of understanding.

Technology changes very fast, but people change very slowly.
Their fears, motivations, confusion, habits, and behaviors stay surprisingly constant.

So in a world where everyone can build, the most valuable person will not be the one who ships the fastest, but the one who understands people the best.

In a world where designers are coding, PMs are prototyping, and engineers are designing. Be the one who still understands and pioritizes users
